How to Delete Your Account

  1. 1.Log into your Thspian account.
  2. 2.Go to Settings.
  3. 3.Click 'Delete Account'.
  4. 4.Confirm your deletion request.

Can't Access Your Account?

You can request deletion by emailing support@thspian.com from your registered email address. Include your username in the request.

What Data Is Deleted

What Data May Be Retained

  • •Transaction records for legal and tax compliance
  • •Fraud prevention and security logs
  • •Data required by applicable laws

Retention Period

Up to 7 years where legally required.

Deletion Timeline

Accounts and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days after verification.
