Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

Make sure your file is under 2GB and in a supported format (MP4, MOV, AVI). Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache.

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If you're on mobile, close and reopen the app. Make sure you're on a stable internet connection.

Try resetting your password via 'Forgot Password' on the login page. If you're still locked out, contact support@thspian.com with your registered email address.

Check your notification settings in Settings > Notifications. Make sure your browser or device allows notifications from Thspian.

Email support@thspian.com with a description of the issue, the device/browser you're using, and any screenshots. We'll investigate and respond within 48 hours.
