Getting Started

Applications & approval

Apply vs invite flows, capacity limits, and how submissions get approved.

Applications & approval

Where creators stand on a campaign

Roster capacity counts creators who are approved, in progress, or completed.

Creator applies

  1. Creator applies → Pending (waiting on the brand).
  2. Brand approvesApproved.
  3. Brand rejectsRejected.

Brand invites

  1. Brand invites from Find Talent or the campaign → Pending (waiting on the creator).
  2. Creator acceptsApproved.
  3. Creator declinesRejected.
  4. Brand can cancel a pending invite before the creator responds.

Commission campaigns

By default, brands still approve applicants. If you turn off approval on a commission campaign, creators who apply can join right away and get their share link immediately.

Who can apply or accept

Depending on the campaign, enrollment may require:

  • Matching location (unless the campaign is worldwide)
  • Meeting the tier follower minimum
  • Connected social accounts (for sync upload or automation)
  • Campaign published, funded, and not paused
  • Room left under the creator capacity for that campaign

If the roster is full, you won’t be able to invite or approve more creators until someone leaves or you upgrade.

Content submission review

After someone is on the roster, they submit work:

DraftSubmitted → needs changes, or ApprovedShared (when they post live)

Auto-approve after the campaign ends

For regular content campaigns (not commission):

TimingWhat happens
3 and 1 days before the end dateBrand reminders if submissions still need review
First week after the end dateDaily brand reminders
7 days after the end dateRemaining submitted work may be auto-approved

Approve early when you can so creators aren’t waiting on payouts.

Best practices

  • Approve promptly while the campaign window is open.
  • Use invites for a shortlist; leave open apply for discovery.
  • Keep your wallet / install float funded so payouts and Circuul aren’t blocked.
  • For sync upload, leave enough time for the ~3-day pre-publish approval window.
